Jennifer Lucas is a Franchise Consultant at The Franchising Company, with responsibility for marketing programs, brand management, and introducing new franchisors. Prior to joining The Franchising Company, she owned and operated a successful women’s clothing boutique and salon. She also worked in sales and marketing at several companies. Notable is her eight years as an Online Sales Counselor and Marketing Manager for Jagoe Homes.
Jennifer’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.
In 2011 Jennifer was published by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in IDEAS as having some of the best conversion ratios in the industry in Online Sales Counseling, a new industry at the time. She has also done volunteer work for local women shelters and other local organizations in her community.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University in Springfield Missouri. She lives in Owensboro with her husband, their two children and two feisty dogs. In her free time, Jennifer likes to travel and spend time with her family.
